check it out if you get a sec…….
A Brockton, Mass., man crashed his RV through a fence on Wednesday and into his neighbor’s in-ground swimming pool.
The unidentified 60-year-old man apparently suffered a health problem shortly before the 28-foot camper flew “through a metal fence, some bushes and logs” and into the pool, according to Boston’s Fox 25. Aerial video showed the camper partially submerged in the pool.
Unfortunately this season has not been nearly as successful as last. Injuries and inconsistent play have pushed the Brewers back to the middle of the pack in the NL Central. Because of this, the Brewers have probably reached ‘sell’ mode and will be looking to unload a player or two that don’t figure into their future plans. Doug Melvin and Mark Attanasio have been working all season to reach an agreement on a contract extension with Greinke to no avail. The last news I heard is that the two sides are not terribly close, even though the Brewers have been rumored to have offered Greinke a $100+ million dollar deal. It would surprise a lot of people if they can get a deal done in the next few days so he will probably be traded for prospects to a contender. I’m not sure if he has any kind of no-trade clause or the option to veto a trade to somewhere he doesn’t want to go, but it is almost certain that one way or another he won’t be a Brewer for the rest of 2012.
Wouldn’t it be amazing if the Brewers could trade him away for prospects and then somehow manage to re-sign him in the off-season? I can’t recall an example of this happening in MLB, except with a player on his last legs who is looking to retire on a certain team. Greinke is obviously not in that category.
I don’t really know (or care) who is a candidate for a Greinke trade or what the Brewers could conceivably get for him, but there are organizational needs that the Brewers will definitely look to fill. They have a ton of arms stockpiled and some of them actually look like legit major league talent. The one glaring hole is middle infield. The cupboard is nearly bare. Scooter Gennett is an interesting prospect at 2B and they have a raw SS in Yadiel Rivera a Class A Wisconsin who has shown some power and flashes a nice glove, but has failed to get on base regularly enough to make waves.
I am going to make this simple for you……Wisconsin loves their sports teams, well probably just the Packers and Brewers…..the Bucks suck….and i think we have a soccer and arena league football team too (no one gives a fuck).
So…..We gather to watch the Packers and the Brewers, we wear their T-Shirts, we drink beer, and we call in sick to work on Mondays……..
I don’t care how old you are, if you are a true fan, you have done this at some point in your life……..
much Love,
